Ingredients:
1 cup wholemeal SR flour
1 1/2 cups white SR flour
2 tb Fructose
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup strawberry yoghurt
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 egg
2 ripe bananas
Method:
Mash bananas, mix all the ingredients together, and pour into muffin pans (This makes about 24 muffins). Bake at 180 for about 20 mins.
