3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1/3c brown sugar
2c wholemeal Self Raising flour
1/2c chopped walnuts
Mix bananas, eggs and sugar. Add flour and walnuts, then spoon into a lined 10x20cm loaf tin and bake in at 180°C for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
