500g beef mince
250g Italian sausage
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 crushed garlic clove
Salt and crushed black pepper
1). Beat together the eggs and milk in a bowl.
2). Add all the ingredients together and mix until combined.
3). Shape the mixture into balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
4). Bake for 15 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180c.
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 small tin tomato paste
1 small onion chopped
1/2 green capsicum, diced
1 cup beef stock
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 tabslespoon of oregano/basil/mixed herbs
1 teaspoon sugar
1). Mix all the sauce ingredients together
2). Place the cooked meatballs in the slow cooker, and pour the sauce mix over them.
3). Cook for 4-5 hours on Low setting.
