Ingredients:
4 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 Large Onion, chopped finely
2-3 Red Chillis finely chopped
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground clove
2 tsp ground ginger
1 cinnamon stick
1 tin of canned tomatoes
400g tomato puree
1 cup plain yoghurt.

 
Method:
1). Saute the onion and spices together in a pan.
2). Add the Lamb and once browned, add the tomatoes.
3). Transfer to the slow cooker, and cook for about 3-4hours on high
4). Stir the yoghurt in just before serving.
